I did a website order and I understand that when we do a website ordered that you don't make a computer error through there website. well I have a friend that had children and I live in the same place I got the wrong order I realized when I got home it was not the order that I place on the website. I called and asked if I could get a replacement and I understand that you know we make mistakes and everything but the lady would not replace order for the children and she told me I had to call the helpdesk I'm sorry but you know you should be able to help and that's ridiculous you should be able to offer than being a jerk about your product so I just giving you a heads-up about the customer care...
Ordered online and ordered a item with no cheeses and called to make sure it had no cheeses and they added cheese and did not want to work with me bc they already made it.... it asked what type of cheese and none was selected. Someone at my house is lactose intolerant...... so have fun losing out on the food you cooked means the 53$ order and my 10$ tip... not the first time I've had problems here with my orders And apparently the manager refuses to talk on the phone or give their name... what lack of management and training . I'm leaving my review everywhere
I am a customer who visited Hollywood Casino and spoke with Collin, one of the managers there. Both Collin and Derrick were amazing. Derrick provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me solve a problem. He is a loyal worker who deserves a promotion or raise. the shippers are very rude. I ordered a small pizza and it took 2 hours until she arrived, although I said it was 30-40 minutes. and when it arrived, my supplier had a attitude as if it were us? they were too late. the people who work here can find a job they enjoy instead of being angry at the customers to pay them money to give me eating like any other food place. If I could give zero stars to this restaurant, I would. Customer service is terrible. I only heard what could not be done. My request for a Healthcare Worker discount was honoured to ALWAYS in this place and several others. Now I'm told they never did it. My loyalty can go anywhere.
Thank you. I just had to wait 30 minutes until you came to my hotel AFTER I have the worst experience in another place!! Had to wait an hour and half and never got this pizza, so I called you and BAM had pizza and it was SOOO good! Thank you for being safe!
The staff at the Maryland Heights location is amazing! They generously provided 30 heart-shaped pizzas for our teachers during appreciation week, and they were all devoured in just over an hour. Thank you for a fantastic lunch!

Pizza was very good. The toppings were perfectly cooked and there was no additional moisture from the liquid of the vegetables.
