I placed an order and the money is taken from my account. 30 seconds later I get a call saying they won’t make or deliver my order because they shut down the ovens and the delivery drivers won’t be back for 45 minutes. I asked why the app let me order if they were closed and she said that location isn’t affiliated with the app, the website, or corporate. Couldn’t answer any questions I had about a refund except that I should have it back by Monday. Will not be ordering again.
I ordered three extra-large pizzas and was extremely pleased with my experience. The slices were enormous and loaded with pepperoni. By the time my 8-year-old and two teenagers finished, there was nothing left! The wait for my order was short, which was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, a great experience!
Order the new garlic stuffed crust and I must say I am HIGHLY disappointed for $15 for 1 pizza is already crazy but I was excited to try the new pizza well it’s just a normal stuffed crust but they give you a garlic sauce lol there was nothing garlic about the pizza definitely not worth $15 maybe 10 service was great and everything else pizza tho never again
I have never had a better pizza from Papa Johns. I was so surprised. As soon as I placed the online order, within 10 minutes, I got an email that said it was on the way. The driver was extremely nice and professional. The food was hot and fresh. The whole order was phenomenal. The desserts were warm and gooey. 10/10 recommend! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I do not recommend ordering from Papa John's online. They take a long time to deliver pizzas, even though they promise delivery in 30 minutes. My order took 40 to 50 minutes, and they don’t offer refunds. My home is very close to the Papa John's location in Dalton, so this was particularly frustrating.
The pizza was undercooked and needed an additional 20 minutes in my oven, but unfortunately, I still ended up with food poisoning and was unwell for five days. They also forgot my extra sauce, and the Twix bites were burnt.

The Parmesan-crusted Padillas were absolutely delicious! We will definitely be ordering them again! Our delivery person was fantastic too!
