I called them to inform about the error, at this time I am back at work and cannot go to correct their error. NOT what we ordered. Wow. Ordered 3 sandwiches. Mine was the Beach no Mayo and had oregano and oil vinegar; I think our son?s was right as best as it could be, and our daughter?s Vito did NOT have any meat. I felt like the lady from the old Wendy?s commercial when I asked her where?s the meat? Very disappointed and wasted . If we hadn?t just had a long day of work and travel, I would have called the manager, but I think he was the one that took our order and then left so that one person could make our subs while the other two sat and watched and coughed. Ernsthaft die schlechteste Pizza, die ich je hatte. Bevor er sogar die Pizza hat, war der Service am Telefon schrecklich. Sie mussten den Manager bekommen, wenn wir eine Pepperoni-Pizza-Hälfte mit Wurst bestellten. Als mein Mann nach der Pizza ging, war die Ordnung falsch, es gab keine Knoblauchsauce, keine Paprika, die Pizza war kalt und hatte die falschen Beläge. Dann komm, um nach Hause zu kommen und die Pizza zu essen, die wir normalerweise Papa Johns lieben, schmeckte es wie absolute Scheiße. Buchstäblich. Wird nie zurückgehen. Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had. Before even having the pizza the service was terrible on the phone. They guy had to get the manager when we ordered a pepperoni pizza half with sausage. When my husband went to get the pizza the order was wrong, there was no garlic sauce, no peppers, the pizza was cold and had the wrong toppings. Then to Come home and eat the pizza which we normally love papa johns it tasted like absolute ****. Literally. Will never go back. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This should be closed down. Customer is horrible. The works debated on who would take my order and then they had an attitude the entire time. They did not make my order correctly and I went back to ask but she stated she doesn?t have a knife. I called to talk to a manager and the ?manager? said, what does she want. I expressed I was a customer and she said would not get on the phone. This is unacceptable experience and I don?t recommend anyone going here
Ordered food at walked in to pickup order was told the store was closed and my order was cancelled. Would’ve been nice to know my order was cancelled before driving all the way to pickup my food. This place doesn’t even meet the bare minimum of expectations. If you’re going to cancel an order, the least you could do is call the customer to let them know.
Absolutely worst place in nashville! The food is disgusting! The environment is filthy! The worker Sal and Charlie are the worst people I?ve ever dealt with! Will never recommend anybody to ever go here.
Bad service, no napkins, sandwich not made the way I specified online. Any other JJ’s would be great, this one is not.
