I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas yesterday afternoon via Ubereats. They arrived very quickly. When I opened the box, both pizzas had hardly any cheese at all and the cheese was scattered horribly some of the cheese wasn?t even melted! The pepperonis were ontop and were literally visibly uncooked as well. BOTH pizzas were completely uncooked. The dough literally was cold and stillcompletely raw and it was chewy and wet. I complained to Uber eats and sent a picture and they immediately refunded me andapologized. I?m unsure why these pizzas were made and packed with zero care at all as I have ordered from this location severaltimes without issue. But these pizzas have now made me concerned about or...

I'm baffled as to why these pizzas were made and packed without any care, especially since I've ordered from this location several times without any problems. This experience has left me hesitant to order from them again. Honestly, the pizzas were clearly raw and uncooked upon delivery, and I can't believe someone thought it was acceptable to send them out like that. I eat pizza frequently, and I have never encountered such undercooked pizzas in my life. It’s truly bizarre, and having raw dough raises serious food safety concerns.
The food was excellent, and the delivery service was also impressive. However, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. We order from this restaurant at least once a month, but unfortunately, our most recent order was not up to par in terms of service quality. We placed our order at 5:05 and called back at 6:05 to check on its status. They returned our call five minutes later to inform us that one of the toppings on our pizza—which still hadn’t been made—was unavailable. We were quite disappointed. It seems they had received seven orders but only had three drivers, which was too much for them to handle.

The pizza market is competitive, and if this location wants to stay afloat, they need to hire better employees. The current staff is driving customers away. I ordered cheese sticks and a large three-topping pizza for takeout during lunch. I must say, this has been the best pizza I've had at this location compared to any other Papa John's. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and they made the pizza and cheese sticks perfectly—crispy and packed with gooey cheese. I absolutely loved it! Keep up the great work, everyone!
