I placed my order at 6:30 pm tonight for supper. It said the approximate wait time was 69 minutes. At 8:30 pm, I called the store to ask I'd my order had been forgotten. He said that he was only driver, and I told him I understood. At that point hesaid, please understand that your pizza may be colder than expected, and it may still take a while to get. I waited another HOURbefore my order finally arrived, only for parts of the dough to still be dough. As stretchy as cheese. Gooey, and disgusting.Worst order ever
I had a terrible experience at Pizza E T A. After waiting 38 minutes for my pizza, it took a total of 1.5 hours to arrive. When I called the Papa John’s location for an update, I was misled about the delivery time and encountered rude employees—one even hung up on me. When the driver finally arrived, he seemed out of it and had a strong smell of marijuana on him. This is definitely not the kind of person I want driving around neighborhoods where children are present.
