I’m not sure why so many people have reported negative experiences based on their reviews, but mine was fantastic! I placed an order today, and everything was great—no complaints at all. My pizza and desserts were perfectly made, and the delivery arrived in just 30 minutes, even though it was estimated to take an hour. The delivery person followed the instructions perfectly and was very polite. He even thanked me when I expressed my appreciation for his service. I truly appreciate the excellent service I received this evening. Thank you, Papa John’s Team at Greenpoint!
This was, without a doubt, the worst delivery experience I've ever had at Papa John's Pizza. The owner or manager displayed a serious attitude problem that needs to be addressed immediately. I will never order from this restaurant again. I suggest checking out Astoria for a better menu and experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The cashier handled my two toppings with unwashed hands. The pizza arrived cold and tough, with some slices missing toppings entirely. This was a total disappointment. No customer would want to come back for this.
The pizza is excellent! We ordered delivery, and although it took a bit longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait! The pizza arrived with jalapeños and a garlic sauce dip. I'm very satisfied—thank you, Papa John's!

This isn’t my first visit here. The place is clean and the service is consistently excellent. I gave it a 3-star rating because there are very few seats—only two tables. They also always include jalapeños in my order.
The service was prompt and hassle-free. I placed my order online and picked up my food at the restaurant without any problems. The meals were always prepared on time and remained fresh by the time I arrived.
