Worst customer service! Order light sauce pizza for pick up, once got home noticed it’s actually double the normal sauce. Once returned to the store, lady at the front desk throws it in trash, no apology and turns back tell me its done! I asked for my receipt and she said I can’t give you one, system doesn’t give me a receipt. Once argument started, and another guy showed up, and I asked him for my receipt, with just a push of a button he printed and handed my receipt.they wasted my time for 30min, didn’t get my pizza and Had to wait even more just to get my receipt to make sure she actually did refund my money! Definitely won’t be back to this store.
EDIT: Just discovered for some reason that our order had ?extra sauce? added. Made it regular sauce and it came out exactly how I expected! For anybody who lives in Potomac Falls or Lowe?s Island, they know how close this is to the house. But they?vebecome lackluster in their pizza craftsmanship lately. We order from here when we are tight on time, or if we need somethingclose delivered. But the picture of their recent pizza didn?t really sit with me well, explaining the 4 star rating. Otherwiseit is very convenient and tasty, but Papa Johnians, please pay a little more attention to making your pies. Thanks.
I don't mind the customer service and I don't have problems with the price....I always order on line, built the pizzas I want, see the accurate prices and I always use discount codes that beat any advertised promotion. So I am very happy with that part. The problem is that they don't make the pizza right, and almost always don't put the double cheese or the double peperoni I ordered. Whether you order a topping once or you double it, it makes no difference to them: they barely add it once. When I call to complain, they tell me they are apologizing. Well, that is very nice, but that doesn't fix my pizza.
We have had multiple issues with the service at this location but after boycotting for a year we thought we would risk it again, called in to place an order as couldn’t figure out how to order the pizzas advertised in the flyer we received, and was on hold for over 17 minutes! So I drove to the store and they picked up the phone as I was walking in, clearly annoyed, they did not apologize or do anything to make it right. They weren’t that busy, they just forgot or couldn’t figure out phone. I appreciate they made them fast for me.

I order my pizzas late because that's when I'm home and don't want to cook. I pay good money got my pizzas to have regular crust pizza are stretched out middle pizza that's aren't remotely thick it's very disappointing. For at time it happened I came back next day they gave me another one. Last night I spent over $40 on 2 pizza and same thing. I think I'm over this place. Never had this problem in Reston, Va
Fast service.... but the kid came without change... like he was going to get a 15 dollar tip??? No way.. and then forced me into a 5 dollar tip... so even if this is the best pizza I won't order from here. I might have given him a 5 dollar tip but that's my choice. Poor service and bad experience.
This is the worst papajohns in the DC area by far. I've ordered from here multiple times, and it's always bad. But tonight takes the cake. I order, then they call me to say they can't deliver my pizza. Why take an order if you can't deliver? I'll neverorder from here.
Completely left out 3 toppings on a pizza, which they charge a lot for. I don’t understand how you couldn’t just read the order and put the ingredients on.
