Customer service is horrible. I placed my order with clear and concise directions only for it to be delivered to someone else. When I called to see why it was taking so long a store employee answers the phone very rudely until I had to get belligerentwith him and show up to the store with my husband almost causing a scene. Needless to say I will never order from them again.
I have been visiting this Papa John's for the past four years, and they consistently deliver excellent pizza along with outstanding customer service. I want to give a special shoutout to an employee named Star; she is always incredibly friendly, remembers my usual order, and promptly addresses any issues I might have.
The crew is sparse but the get the job done. I had stopped going here for a while because the food quality went down. Things seem to be better now but the app tells you your food is ready before or actually is. Not sure why that happens but I've had towait twice after my online order said it was ready.
The pizza didn’t taste at all like what I expected from Papa John’s. If you’re looking for fresh, hot pizza, you’d be better off going to 7-Eleven or Little Caesars instead of ordering from this particular Papa John’s. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
