I understand that all Papa John’s are independently owned franchises. However, I would rate the Easton, MD location zero stars. On a Saturday afternoon, only one staff member was making all the food. When I inquired about this, the girl was very pleasant and confirmed that they are only permitted to schedule one person at a time. I was shocked to learn this also applies to weekends. It's a security risk for her to be working alone. I will not support this location again, and I will investigate whether the franchise owner operates other locations, as I won't support those either.
During lunch, the food appears to be of high quality and made with attention to detail. However, we've had two disappointing experiences with dinner. The first time, we ordered three sides of cheese sauce and two sides of their Cool Ranch Doritos sauce, but we only received one side of garlic sauce, and the rest was overcooked. Tonight, we decided to give it another chance, but once again, we received no sides and the meal was overcooked. I won’t be ordering again; they really need to check the ticket and pay attention to the orders.
I called several times to order delivery and was informed it would take two hours for my food to arrive. If I chose to pick it up, I was told it would take about an hour, both on weekdays and weekends. Additionally, I have been consistently overcharged by the person taking my order, and the manager had to correct the prices when I picked up my food. Unfortunately, I also didn't receive everything I ordered the first time.
Store has changed hands a few times but the management isn't exactly great... an overly ambitions delivery radius leads to long wait times and the employees are always visibly exhausted. The only thing worse is the other clientele; drivers often look stunned if you tip them over 4 or 5 dollars.

Working nights few places are open for delivery. I was very pleased with the food and service. The pizza was delivered on time, and the driver was professional and friendly. The pizza was DELICIOUS!!!! The pizza was fresh and prepared to perfection. I will be ordering from Papa Johns again!!!!
Ordered 3 pizzas for the kids on Christmas Eve. Frozen grocery store pizza would have been better. I had one piece and threw it in the trash. The kids didn't eat much either. Never again.
The pizza was fantastic! I'm not sure if you've changed the crust, but it was incredibly delicious—so fresh, light, and airy. The service was prompt and efficient as well!
Slow, dirty, understaffed, food is often not cooked the best, just a poorly ran Papa Johns, though I feel they lack sufficient staff

Usually, our pizza is fantastic, but today the crust was overcooked and really hard. It was disappointing.
I had forgotten just how delicious the pizza was. This is the only place where I ever get pizza.
