I had an amazing experience with customer service at this restaurant! I ordered pizzas for a team lunch but forgot to mention a specific dietary restriction. When I arrived to pick them up, I realized my oversight. However, the young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me with the situation. While food quality and taste are crucial in the food industry, excellent customer service is just as important for attracting and retaining customers. I don't know what's happened but the food quality has dropped. It was great when it first opened but this last year has been very disappointing every time. The service is still good. The pizza has been either tasteless or too chewy or very dry. The bites are hard to chew and no real taste. Even the garlic butter seems to be different. I'm sad about it because they used to be the only pizza I really enjoyed.
The worst pizza I ever had! Bought a medium only to pick up and seen they had a large for same price as the medium. I asked the girl why would I want to pay the same price for a large and settle for medium. She thought it was funny. She took 5 dollars off the price. It wasn’t worth 5 bucks it was disgusting food and there was hardly any cheese on it. I won’t ever go back!Parking: Parking was good
I’ve ordered from here a few times the past few months, I’m impressed with how consistently good it has been.The best garlic fingers I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly and a lot of cheese!Pizza is always hot, fresh delicious.I’m shocked to see all the low reviews, hopefully you’ll try their pizza again soon!
I just ordered a Papa Bowl for the first time and I’m writing this as I eat it because it is SO good. Phenomenal. Cooked perfectly. Fresh. Hot. Delicious. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. I will 100% be ordering this again. Thank you!
If your looking for a pizza with not much on it and not much taste this is the place for you. Oh and a large is just a little bigger than most places mediums.Plus it's pricey $27.00 for four toppings.

The pizza here is incredible, and the customer service is top-notch. The atmosphere is truly enjoyable as well.
