Wanted delivery for a small pool party, but the site wouldn't ring up the order, so I had to go pick it up. Found out when I got there that the guy cancelled delivery orders due to having only one driver, which is understandable with all of the bad reviews for slow delivery time. It was done before I got there and still hot when I got home (10 minute drive each way). The pizza was light on sauce, but I actually liked it this way since a 2-year old was also partaking (less mess). I see a lot of bad reviews for this location, but I'll still give it another try. I ordered a medium meat pizza w/ extra meat from Papa John's on Broad St. They charged me but there was no extra meat on it. One slice had maybe 3 pieces of meat. I addressed this with the manager and he just kindly blew me off. I was hungry and on a30 minute break. I will not support a store that really doesn't appreciate my business. Ordered a delivery at 11:19pm and they said it would be at our hotel within 30 minutes and we waited and waited until around 12 and they were already closed. And we never received our pizza nor a phone call telling us they canceled our order. Called the manager the next day and he was rude and didn’t have much to say. Would not recommend using this papa johns. Poor services for sure

Ordered pizza to be delivered was told 30 mins to an hour? more then an hour passed so called to see how much longer it would be and was told it would be another hour and when I asked why I was told a different time was cussed out so needless to say I nevergot my order?. Ordered from a different place as it was cheaper?.

Had to spend 20 minutes going through the corporate phone bank exercise to ask for a refund which they did not give me and referred me back to the local store.
