Absolutely the last time I'll order from Papa John's. I managed to place the order with a girl who refused to speak into the mic so I could understand her, asked multiple times to speak up and speak clearly but she just wouldn't get it.... Communication skills count, but product quality counts even more. Pizza was a half and half, Tuscan six cheese and Hawaiian. I cant imagine they could use less sauce it was spread so thin. Ham was virtually non existant, same with pineapple. I realize ingredient costs are rising but if you don't meet at least reasonable expectations you cant expect to keep customers. Oh and the fresh tomato was charged for but completely missing.There are other options for...
When I’m in the mood for a cheese pizza, nothing beats a Tuscan Six Cheese from Papa Johns…however this time something clearly was missing as it didn’t have the usual flavourful taste. My disappointment didn’t end there, when I was having a slice of the pepperoni pizza we also ordered, I seriously thought I broke a tooth only to discover that a piece of a plastic zip tie had somehow been baked into the pizza. I’m not one to write reviews but geez what a disappointment. Pictures available
Awesome team here. Owner is very kind and understanding. He will do his best to give you the highest level of service. This place can get very busy because of how popular it is and even then they do such a great job on timing and quality of service.Delivery times are always accurate too!

Extra sauce pizza had minimal sauce and garlic knots literally had no garlic. This was my girlfriends dinner and they were just pieces of bread. I order a lot and I tip heavy. I’ll order elsewhere from now on
Can't place an online order without a 20% tip being added automatically, pizza and wing quality mediocre compared to other franchises. Used to be a good value and our favorite, now not so much.
literally gave me the wrong pizza and the 8 piece garlic knots only had 7 pieces you be better off getting gas station pizza
