I work in customer service, so I know excellent service when I see it. I was impressed by the Collinsville business when I went to get my execution order. I followed another person, we were both immediately greeted by the staff at the reception and recommended that something is right with me. Another employee came within seconds to help. My order was not completely finished and I was recommended it would be a few minutes. While waiting for the first associate, she made sure that she had my name and order information correctly, as the 2nd associate was added to my order.
