I am staying in a hotel in another state than I live. After a long drive and waiting through two different but significant accident hold ups, we decided to call and order a pizza from Papa Johns. There isn't one near where we live and we really like their pizzas. So, I call the number that comes up when you enter Papa Johns LaGrange, KY in Bing... I get someone that speaks broken English, talks too fast and interrupts me... I can hardly understand him, I had to raise my voice to get him to be quiet and left me finish telling him my toppings. I haven't even received the food yet but I will never, ever order from Papa John's again even if when the food arrives it is fabulous... never, again...
ordered one xl large meatzza pizza and used my $10 dad rewards waited an hour only for the driver to come here and tell me that he had not my order and did not recognize until he ordered to my house, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard, asked him what was the point, even to my house again, if he was not even offered the ordering service I would rather order only at the papa johns in the whole city!
I had a great experience at The LaGrange Store! When I slipped and fell during the delivery of my last pizza, the manager personally came to check on me to make sure I was okay. The service was exceptional! And to top it off, the pizzas were delicious. We will definitely be coming back again and will not order from anywhere else. Thank you so much!
I have made an online order for delivery. my order was delivered to the wrong house and left on the floor. I called the driver and wanted to talk to me about taking the food into the wrong house. I put an order in the load and told the cashier that I had to run into another while cooking. she assured me that it would happen in 15-20 minutes. I run my care and come back 30 minutes later and they even started it. had to wait 30 minutes. no reason. with intention.
