Just ridiculous. every time I order here, I'm sorry. Today I have placed an online order for the collection. How hard could it be? I come to a certain time and they can't find my order. 30 minutes after the pick-up time, I finally run with my command. without apologies or explanation. true, with something too much. I understand. it's busy. but I have ordered and paid my part online. the least they could do is apologise.
general manager is very rude. would not regain our pizzas and said he would refund them, but not yet. we called him after 2 days to ask him why it is not refunded and he gave it to the owner that he did not know why the owner did not refund it. manager was rude and unrespectful. we'll never be back. it's a thing that the manager was rude, but his other thing is not paying back our money.
I placed an order for pizza a couple of hours in advance for a 6:30 pickup time. I arrived at the store at 6:50 and waited 20 minutes for them to make our pizza, even though the order was marked as completed at 6:30. I had ordered around 2pm earlier that day. This has happened before, and it was not a busy time at the restaurant.
The cleanliness of the restaurant is quite disappointing. I wonder where the management is during all of this. It should never be that messy, even in the process of making pizzas. I will not be back. Ordered 30 minutes ahead. Arrived, no one else here, None of the bins had ingredients, took more than 10 minutes to make my pizza. No pizzas waiting in the racks, three people working that I saw. WHERE IS THE MANAGER?
I love this place, the staff rocks here sounds like they are always having fun. Even though like all places they are as well struggling to get good help there and some people are very mean to the employees
I went to pick up pizza at 6:40 PM, but I found the doors locked, even though the restaurant is supposed to close at 7 PM. They might want to think about updating their hours.

My pizza was never made, and I've been waiting for a refund for two weeks. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

"Sad to see this establishment falling downhill. I used to enjoy their food and ambiance but ever since pandemic times, they 've slid downhill. Food and service is nowhere it used to be and they continue to charge a 3% Service Charge for whatever reason. I wish they would get their act together."
