Great dishes but mediocre service. I came here for a birthday dinner with some friends a couple weeks ago on one of the hottest days. As another lady, her daughter and I walked into the restaurant, we were almost shoved by the hostess and it happened a couple more times. She seemed to be making her way outside to seat people and then coming inside to seat more. Probably getting tired/cranky due to the heat? If you're looking for the best gluten free pizza, stop looking. I didn't even realize this place offered gluten free options until the server asked if I had any allergies, then promptly brought me a gluten free menu. Nice. When I saw they had pizza it was an easy decision. Get the pizza. You can never go wrong with pasta in Boston! Came here with family for a late lunch after shopping on Newberry street. We were seated immediately on the cute patio out front. Even though the weather was a little chilly, they had heaters on that kept us warm. We started with the warm burrata and that was a hit! We had a late day lunch here recently on a Saturday. The interior is a lot larger than it looks from the outside and has nice ambiance. The menu has lots of choices and they also offer a kids menu. Overall our food was good and my niece and nephew were happy with their kids entrees, which came with choice of drink and dessert. I ordered the Poached Pear salad. Although, good, I found the portion to be very small for a $13 salad. I ended up picking at the kids meals, since I was left hungry.
