We've visited this restaurant several times and have always loved it, but things have changed. First off, I don’t mind having a time limit for our table, but the cooperation needs to be mutual, and it wasn’t on this visit. We started with appetizers and cocktails, followed by our main course. After placing our entree orders, the server reminded us of the time constraint, but it took 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive after clearing the appetizers. I felt pressured to eat quickly due to the time limit, while the kitchen was unusually slow. Food was very good once you got it. Been here a number of times but always drama with being seated and getting served. Multiple random servers show up saying they are your server even though you order drinks with another. One of the three even got angry with us when we said we just ordered with someone else. Stormed off in a huff. Waited a long time for each course. Had to ask for bread repeatedly since no food for a while. Extremely noisy. Hard to hear your guest. Not relaxing and lots of tumult. They kept apologizing. Food was good once it made it there. By dessert it was exhausting so we didn’t bother. Onto some other options in the area.
Recommend by a friend and did not disappoint. Went here for a dinner date with my wife. Cocktails were good, good wine selection and food was executed well. Service was great, non obtrusive but attentive. Ambiance was a cool bistro vibe. Cooking was on point and shows proper technique. Food was well seasoned and hot. Only thing was my frites could be better. Not a deal breaker as the rest of the food was excellent. Would be back when I'm in the area.
The best item on the new menu is the salmon . The rest has been inconsistent. Some days the burger is amazing and others it?s so dry despite ordering it medium. The rice pudding is good, but I find the caramel to be too sweet and I always ask for the brûlée to not be added (sugar torched to create even more cloying sweetness). Please add more vanilla flavoring to the rice part.

Great service and tasty food! Only reason for leaving off the 5th star is because we came FOR the rooftop and were so excited because the weather was perfect not blazing hot! But they had it closed for the ?rain? but it wasn?t raining and it didn?t rain at all. Also, you can only get the happy hour deals if you?re sitting at the bar not at a table, which seemed silly.
Chicken liver was on point! Wifey loved french onion soup!! Amazing customer service, it was my birthday and the server was generous so he gave me a free drink. Desserts was delicious, do not skip on that. They also have rooftop lounge but wasn?t available when we were there. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again, hopefully rooftop lounge is open now.
Diamond was my server and he was very nice, on time, respectful with a little bit of humor. Overall the restaurant is in a great location. The food was nice and so was the dessert! I give it 4 starts because I think it overpriced. And the fish was salty. The quality of food compared to other place around are the same yet other locations around have better pricing.
This was my third visit, and it keeps getting better each time. Our server, Frances, was incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend Parc de Ville; the duck was absolutely fantastic!

Consider adding deflectors to the air conditioning vents, as some of the seating areas are directly affected by the airflow from the blowers.
