It was my first time trying this restaurant, Tahdig with Gheimeh was fantastic; it was served with hot and crispy saffron rice. The food quality was subpar, starting with the broiled fish, which was unappealing, smelled like burned oil, and had no flavor. It might be more advantageous for the restaurant to close earlier rather than accommodate customers who arrive just one or two hours before closing and expect to take their time making decisions about what to order. We're only talking about an extra 5 to 10 minutes! It feels as though the restaurant is trying to profit from late arrivals while pressuring them to place their orders quickly for the sake of convenience. A simple and polite message like, "Excuse me, the kitchen will be closing soon, and we want to make sure you receive your food on time," could make a significant difference. I recently had the pleasure of dining in for lunch, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The meal was reasonably priced, falling within the $20–30 range. The food itself was tasty, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars, although there were minor areas for improvement. The standout feature, however, was the service, which was exceptional and deserving of a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. This was my first experience with Persian cuisine, and it was amazing! The flavors were rich and delightful. While the atmosphere can become quite noisy, it really enhances your immersion in the fantastic tastes. I will absolutely be coming back… the staff was wonderful!
Excellent kebabs. We tried the combo platter and everything tasted great. Very friendly staff. The ambience is OK. The meat quality was perfect. The prices are a bit high.
