It's convenient and anytime I need to get desserts or a cake to celebrate this has been my go to bakery for many different occasions. What I like about this location would be is that it's pretty spacious. My recommendations for pastries would be a fruit pastry, jumbo twisted donut and the cream cheese donut. This is as good as it gets for safe parking and also one of the bakeries with most seatings and has two bathrooms. Bathroom seems to be cleaned almost every hours ever since massive complaints that was left last year by many people. Only issue is that some people who don't even purchase drinks or foods here take hours and hours not giving away seats to actual customers and are just there to socialize. I had a disappointing experience at Paris Baguette yesterday. Five items were missing from my order due to no stock, and despite multiple attempts to get a refund of over $30, I have not received any response since last night. While I enjoy the products, the lack of support is unacceptable and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. The dasher was aware of the missing items and tried to offer substitutions, which I declined. He assured me I would not be charged for the missing items, but I was still charged and the fee was not adjusted. I went there for a cake for my daughter birthday, I wanted something special and they called the staff that makes it, someone named Lily attended me, she was very kind and nice and listen to me and understand exactly what I wanted for my cake, I askedhow many years she had been there and she said 7 years working for Paris Baguette. Wow I was amazed, Picking up my cake, shewas so happy, she really is a true artist the cake came out amazing. i bought their chia seed pudding because its one of my favorites but when I tried it, it was clumpy and chunky. I could see chunks of separating milk or whatever it was and it was not appetizing. I honestly thought it was expired which i thought was impossible because their breads are always fresh. I spent 5$ on this small serving just to throw it out. I was really disappointed because the other Paris Baguettes I’ve went to, their chia seed pudding was amazing.
This restaurant can be very inconsistent when ordering through DoorDash. In my last order, they forgot to include the coffee I had requested. This time, I ordered a medium and large coffee but received two small coffees instead.
Best Paris Baguette in New York!!! Baked goods are always fresh! Restaurant is always clean. All the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Michael the manager.
