Une nouvelle fois nous avons été râvis de notre soirée. Dinner en amoureux dans l'agréable patio. Cevice de harengs avec fenouil à tomber! Beignets de fleurs de courgettes avec concassé de tomates. Ensuite brochette de raie aux légumes frais et calamars au risotto à l'encre de seiche et sauce soubressanne...savoureux!!! Le tout arrosé d'un vin blanc bio. Sans aucun doute une excellente adresse à Sete qui se confirme d'année en année! Merci pour le plaisir offert avec une addition décente: 90 €
Il faut faire un petit détour dans Sète pour aller dans ce restaurant qui se trouve hors des circuits touristiques habituels. Mais, cela vaut le déplacement !La cuisine est typique du coin revisitée d'un manière excellente. Tous les plats pris étaient excellents, bien présentés, plein de saveurs.La cour intérieure est fraîche, et permet un excellent moment.
Emmanuelle and Nicolas have made this place austere one of the best tables in Sète where the quality of the reception fights to that of the dishes. A map of regional wines that fit perfectly with a kitchen that makes taste buds happy without emptying the wallet. Both two and twelve.

Passé devant par hasard, une devanture qui ne paye pas de mine. Nous sommes entré sans convictions. Et là, surprise. Un décor étonnant mais bien équilibré, le service très sympa, et alors la cuisine, le Top. A ne surtout pas manqué.
