The third-party driver wasn’t at fault; the restaurant gave him the wrong order. If he received incorrect pizzas from them, that reflects poor service on the restaurant’s part. Despite having labeled the boxes, we still received the wrong items. We spent $75 on pizza only to end up with the wrong order. The manager, Enrique, was rude and failed to provide us with a replacement pizza in a timely manner. While he did refund our money, that didn’t help as I was left with a house full of hungry people. Order a pizza and was 2+ hours for a delivery a few miles away. Time kept increasing as well. Call to question and was told they are severely understaffed. They even had to outsource the delivery to DoorDash. Sad. Nobody really cared. If I were to run my business in this fashion, I would be out of business! Don’t waste your time, move on. A decent place to get Chicago Pizza. Came with some co workers while in the Chicago area. We ordered wings and bread, both of these were fantastic. We also each ordered a personal pizza, get were really good. The beer selection was just average. Our server was really nice and overall it wasn't even that expensive. Would recommend. Our order was a complete mess. The pizza was supposed to arrive in a timely manner, but it ended up being two hours late and ultimately never arrived at all. A woman named Gloria was incredibly rude to my mother on the phone and made the situation even worse. I would give this place zero stars, and I would give Gloria a negative three stars.
