Parsons is a laid-back small bar tucked away in a narrow side street of Kings Cross. Though mere minutes away from the station by foot, its location is shielded from the noise and rowdiness on the main streets. Plenty of outdoor seating so would be a great summer spot. Great list of drinks, tasty nibbles and fantastic service - we enjoyed Parsons so much, we returned twice in a night. Great happy hour specials to boot with $12 cocktails between 5pm - 7pm. Nur um einige Favoriten zu schweigen, sind die Chips ... omg die Chips! Die Rippen schmelzen in Ihrem Mund und das Eiscreme-Sandwich. Wir hatten ein klebriges Datum und ein Quad-Choc-Eiscreme-Sandwich. Das klebrige Datum ist mein Favoriten, es war nur köstlich, und ich hoffe, dass sie es nur ein bisschen länger auf dem Menü halten.

The food, ambience, service and did I mention the food? Came here with a group of friends and immensely enjoyed ourselves with the lovely food that was plated.
Just to mention a few favs being the chips... Omg the chips! The ribs were melt in your mouth, and the ice cream sandwich. We had a sticky date and quad choc ice cream sandwich. Sticky date being my fav, it was just delectable, and I hope they keep it on the menu for just a bit longer.
Joe our waiter was very accommodating @and made our time at Parsons very enjoyable.

My fiancée and I celebrated our recent engagement at this restaurant. We both loved the owner/server's we had the pleasure of meeting. Each dish was explained perfectly, and the taste was exquisite. We tried the shiitake mushroom ravioli, meet balls, pork strips, and the sliders. All ingredients were sourced locally where possible and made the dishes taste great. The only let down was the candied bacon strip in the drink I purchased, just did not have that bacon feeling.
Ich bin jetzt ein paar Mal hier gewesen und werde weiter zurückkommen! Der Service ist der zweite zu keiner, und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Was auch immer die wunderschöne Front des Hausarbeiters vorschlagen, nehmen Sie es !!! Jedes Gericht war so gut, wenn nicht besser als nicht beschrieben. So freundlich, so einladend und so komfortabel. Ich kann diesen Ort nicht hoch genug bewerten! Vielen Dank an das Parsons-Team, und wir sehen uns bald !! xx
I've been here a few times now and will keep coming back! The service is second to none, and the food is excellent. Whatever the wonderful front of house staff suggest, TAKE IT!!! Every dish has been as good, if not better than described. So friendly, so welcoming, and so comfortable. I cannot rate this place highly enough! Thank you Parsons team, and see you soon!! xx

Laid back small venue with a dedicated wait staff who really know their produce. Great small dishes for sharing, and a surprising dessert option that put a smile on our small party's faces.
I was there yesterday night. The food was great. I strongly recommend the chicken wings, pork strips and fried chips with dips. Simply delicous
