Excelente artesano es su propietario, persona dedicada en cuerpo y Alma al dulce mundo de la pastelería y repostería, tanto en este local de perelada como en el de figueres, sus especialidades resultan gratificante para nuestras papilas gustativas, según las fechas crea pasteles y figuras como las monas ,tortells en fechas navideñas y maravillas tartas en cualquier época del año para celebrar bodas, bautizos, cumpleaños, etc etc .
