I've been coming to this place for the last 30 years! In the past, they had the best butchers, Dom and Walter, who always knew exactly what I wanted whenever I called to place an order. I'm sorry to see them go, but I'm happy for them. Unfortunately, the new owner seems to be completely lost! The new staff doesn't have a clue about what they're doing. They used to serve the best London broil, but when I bought one today, it turned into a disaster after cooking! I used to get thin-cut Italian-style pork chops with bones, but they don't even understand what that means. I won't be returning; I'd rather spend a bit more at a proper butcher! Spent a lot of money here over the years and was always a favorite place to buy my plants. Last Friday I bought 5 begonia 1 New Guinea impatient potted plants at $25 each (plus other assorted plants) The begonias are doing wonderful but the New Guinea impatient must have been diseased when I bought it because it completely wilted and collapsed within a few days. I asked for an exchange at Pats Farms and they refused, quoting their policy of no returns/exchanges. Unfortunately they have now lost a long time customer as I will be shopping elsewhere
This used to be the go-to spot for discounts and high-quality products. However, since the store changed ownership, the prices have skyrocketed and are now higher than those at major supermarkets. For instance, I bought a pineapple at Pats for $4.99, while it was only $2.99 at Stop and Shop. Similarly, bananas cost 79 cents at Pats compared to just 59 cents at the supermarket.
We visit this place primarily for their excellent selection of plants to sustain my garden during the summer and fall. While I enjoy their produce and occasionally pick up a hero sandwich, their meat selection is also quite good—fresh and high quality. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. Although it's not a large store, it offers a wonderful variety of items.

The place has a terrible odor! It's filthy, and the staff isn't what it used to be—many are rude and unhelpful. Most of the produce is often spoiled or of poor quality, and it's overpriced for what you get. The meat department has really gone downhill! I used to shop here every week, but I don't think it will ever improve. What a disappointment and a shame!
I have been going to pat farms for 7 years, every mothers day I purchase flowers for my mothers gardener to plant. its my happy zone and besides the super market is right there for the little things you might need ..its a win win
This place is an amazing gem! Just a heads up, you might need to get creative with your car space when you check out, but you’ll definitely figure it out.
The restaurant is well-organized, tidy, and clean. The service is friendly, and there is a great selection of options.
