A beautiful hotel The staff are professional and welcoming but at times understaffed, particularly at reception when there are people upon arrival. The room is spacious and well decorated. The reception takes a long time to have staff available by telephone. However, there is a charge for the shuttle. It is located at terminal 2B at Roissy CDG for your information.
the rooms and the breakfast were pretty good. the service was bad. the staff seemed to go the extra mile to not provide us a shuttle bus. when we wanted to call ourselves a taxi, they called a private driver who was twice the price of the taxi. So if they don't ask for something, it's good. would not be back because I felt I was exploited.
large rooms, clean. pleasant reception and courteous and convenient staff. a pity that the rooms are so badly isolated phonically, some customers have no scruples to have conversations in the morning at the top of the floor in which they participated.

a somewhat aging hotel from the outside but the renovated rooms are very well. Very good breakfast. a special mention for the reception and kindness of the staff especially shafna that we thank.
Very nice surprise, the hotel was rewarded with the taste of the day with a very beautiful performance. a superior team with a special mention for the director and the quality of his care.
