This is a great Peet's location serving the Richmond District locals primarily since it's so far from downtown. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff really make this location stand out among others in the city.It can get packed at random times, especially if the weather is nice since they offer outdoor seating.The regular appearance of the police here is actually a welcome sight since they're just getting coffee like everyone else instead of responding to a disturbance.
My visit entailed a simple black iced tea while I sat and looked through the mail I had just picked up at my post office box a few blocks away. Employees were efficient. The room was clean enough, a bit of trash on the floor is to be expected. I'd come back. The only thing I would like more is if it were a little larger so that there could be a cozy section with a rug on the floor like other Peet's locations (looking at you Marina district, SF).
Went to this coffee shop last weekend and was really impressed. The staff was friendly and their cappuccino was probably the best I've had in a long time. They also have a really comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Perfect place to read a book or catch up on work.
It was nice to see so many people in quiet contemplation. As a bonus, they were open later than other coffee shops in the neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the music they were playing. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Visited not expecting anything. Got a cold brew as it was a hot summer day and to my surprise, it was lovely! Got some of their beans and really love the coffee here!
Great location on Geary, parking is a challenge but the coffee is consistently good. Hot cocoa is bland, unremarkable. Service is excellent.
Management doesn't like me here for some reason, which is okay. I don't even like myself most of the time.
