For a restaurant that advertises itself as vegan-friendly, I was surprised to find very few actual vegan options available. I discovered only three options, though I initially thought there was just one. My only choice ended up being the vegan nachos. However, I would describe them as nachos in the loosest sense. They consisted of a handful of tortilla chips topped with a lump of cashew nacho sauce and a few scattered pieces of corn and black beans. The chips on top were soggy, despite me eating them right after they were served, while those at the bottom were entirely sauce-less. Considering the wait time for just a few nachos, I was thoroughly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place...

The chips were ordinary tortilla chips topped with a lump of cashew nacho sauce and a few pieces of corn and black beans, which seemed underwhelming. Many of the chips were dry, and I noticed that the ones on the floor didn’t have any sauce at all. Additionally, the wait for my order was quite long, considering I only got a quick snack. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
I was happy to find this place on HappyCow, as vegan options are limited in St. George. My daughter enjoyed the kale-tofu scramble wrap. She said the spinach tortilla itself was very tasty. She also enjoyed a mango smoothie. They were very accommodating to my gluten-intolerance, placing my kale-tofu scramble in a dish without the wrap. It was ok that way. I especially enjoyed my soy latte.
We drive through St George a few times a year. We were so excited to find this place. We had the Tofu Kale Scramble (which comes wrapped in a spinach tortilla), Avocado Toast, and an Almond Milk Chai Latte. Everything a delicious and very reasonably priced (coming from California). I had the breakfast wrap.It was served with salsa and was really tasty. I will definitely stop in for breakfast again. I will be back to try the reuben made with tempeh.
