The food was quite enjoyable. I started with the dumplings and followed up with the General Tso's chicken and lo mein. However, I'm giving a lower rating mainly due to the service. Our server took our order, but we didn’t see her again until she brought the check, which we had to flag her down for. We even had to request water from another server. I wish my experience at Peter Chang's could have been better. I truly hope they can work on these issues to enhance the overall experience.
I visited this restaurant with a colleague, and I must say it was fantastic. The service and food were both excellent. I can’t recall the exact name of the vegetarian dish my colleague ordered, but he absolutely loved it. I ordered General Tso's chicken and a spring roll, and both were delicious. Our server, John (or Jon—I apologize for the uncertainty), was amazing. He was friendly and very attentive. I will definitely be returning when I'm back in town.
I used to really like this place. It was delicious and authentic. Recently it got worse and worse. Every time I come here I get more disappointed. The food quality is decreasing steadily, the ingredients are not fresh anymore. Sometimes they even forget toput salt... There are a few dishes I ordered frequently and it feels like they were made by totally different people, even I cancook better than some of the versions. Sigh.
The prices are a little on the higher side, but this is the best Chinese restaurant in the city. I really appreciate the clearly marked options on the menu, such as gluten-free and vegetarian choices. The servers are fantastic as well. Overall, it's worth visiting at least once a season. I discovered a bug (possibly a cockroach?) in my takeout order. The worst part was that it was inside a vegetable dumpling. I took a bite, felt something crunchy, and spat it out, only to find a half-eaten bug! This was definitely the most horrifying dining experience I've ever had. Now I'm also paranoid that bugs might have come home with me in their containers.

Food was great, but service was trash, especially after 6 pm. Cannot image how rude the servers were when my friend and I had a dinner. If you do not want people come around 7, you better just let us know, instead of being rude. Moreover, they usually tipyou 20% before you give them tip. Cannot image how rude it is.
It's a breath of fresh air! You really need to try it for yourself. We dine here or order takeout at least twice a month and have been loyal customers for over a year.
