The sweet and sour chicken could use improvement. Out of the order, I received only five pieces of chicken; the rest was mostly pineapple, which is not acceptable. The service was good, but the portion sizes didn't match what I'd expected. I noticed another review expressing similar concerns about the sweet and sour chicken—it's simply not enough for the price charged.
This weekend for dinner with a group of friends stopped and enjoyed the experience. The dishes and drinks were delicious and our waiter was great! She was very polite, professional and expected every need. She was a great contribution to remembering our experience?.we definitely come back!!!
One thing I liked about this location is that it has a parking lot. Front desk service was good but after that everything didn't seem good enough. Waiters didn't visit enough to get rid of the plates; it was a task for us to clear the table. Food and the portions were acceptable.
We had a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The staff and management were very friendly and professional. We come here a lot waitress was nice just one mishap. Food was delicious. The only complaint I have with this trip was staff should not assume that the customer can not afford two meals. Not everyone split meals. If I order two ducks that's what I want.
It was a quiet Monday evening, and our waitress was fantastic! The food was typical of PF Chang's. I ordered a Gimlet to drink. The dessert, an apple dish with ice cream, didn’t quite meet expectations. However, it was a great experience overall.
We had a great experience at this Towson location. Our waiter, Mike, was awesome! We haven't been here for a long time. Our mother wanted PF Changs for her bday celebration. Food was good and enough to share with 4 people at the table.
