My husband and I and our two friends had 6pm reservations on Christmas Eve. We were seated at 6:15 because they were so busy. Our waitress was very attentive. Took our drink and food orders and brought our drinks right away. Our food arrived almost an hour later. Our friends food was good, but my husband and my entrees were stone cold and the vegetables were raw. We were told the kitchen was swamped. Needlessly to say it spoiled our evening and we went home hungry. Don’t think I will be returning to PF Changs anytime soon.
We took three of our friends to PG Changs for lunch and ordered 5 entrees to share. We started with steamed dumplings a bit spicy but delicious filled with pork with a chili sauce drizzle. We had egg drop soup next...ordered the bowl which was plenty for the 5 of us. This was followed by Beef/Broccoli Sweet and sour chicken Lo Mein noodles with vegetables Honey glazed shrimp and the Mandarin salad. All were served hot and delicious. The meal and the company, was perfect.
Appetizers were good but most options are breaded. I ordered the orange chicken without batter and it was tasteless. Smallest portion I ever received. Supposed to be in a spicy chili sauce and it was very disappointing. Happy Hour drinks for $8 were about 3 oz in volume and not a bit of alcohol. Only thing we enjoyed was the short rib fried rice very tasty and decent portion. Doubt we go back anytime soon. Just not what PF Changs used to be.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean and lovely, as usual, all of which is what saved my score from being worse. We’ve eaten at PF Changs (2 different locations) several times in the past few years and the quality of the food has plummeted. It’s not the same as it was 5 years ago. And we just can’t justify spending that much money on mediocre fast-food.

The food was excellent and they have a great choice of wines. I had the Sesame Chicken which was delicious and my friend had the Beef and Broccoli which was also excellent. Service was great and the waiter even boxed up our leftovers for us. We will definitely be back.
The food was flavorless and overcooked. The waiter got my son's order wrong and we had to wait a long time for it to be fixed, even though it was Easter. The sushi was the only good part of the meal. I doubt we will return to this restaurant.
We were a table of four. Two in the party ordered the feast deal and while their soup and appetizer came out quickly, it took over an hour to receive the main courses of our order.
Ashley, our server, was outstanding. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

Our waitress Karissa was the best we’ve had so far! She made the night that much more special.
Food was served cold but remade which was appreciated!
