Ich habe dort zum Mittagessen gegessen, zunächst feines Carpaccio mit Belper Knolle, eine super mundgerechte Kombination. Danach ein wundervolles Tournedos Rossini, das beste, das ich bisher gegessen habe, einfach perfekt...ein kulinarischer Traum. Der offene Wein war auch gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich, auch Herr Pfister schien sehr freundlich zu sein. Die Preise waren hoch, aber man kann sich immer mal etwas gönnen.
