It was the first and last time I went there. Very poor service, the employee at the cash register was stupid to everyone, the employee in the kitchen was also very stupid. A trio includes a drink and yet the cashier told me no before seeing on the menu that yes! He gives me my glasses I go to fill them, not having any cutlery I ask the cashier if he can give me 2.. Saturday, October 21: We experienced a 45-minute wait, and the staff showed a lack of professionalism. Out of the seven employees, four seemed to be doing nothing. The only item that was served hot was the chicken; the fries were cold, and the sauce was not up to par. The flavors just aren't what they used to be. Only a year ago, at the Rocket branch, everything tasted great, but it seems the Thibault branch has lost its touch.
The food was good, but the service was lacking. I ordered Meal Box #3, which includes the Famous KFC Sandwich with pasta salad, but instead received Meal Box #4, the Super Crunch with coleslaw. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee responded casually, saying, "It's just another sandwich." Since we were in a hurry, I had to accept it, but it was quite disappointing. I hope they can improve in the future.
Restaurant ouvert il y à a peine 1 mois et l'écran d'affichage du menu est brisé, le seul choix de breuvage en fontaine était pepsi car tout les autres hors service, il n'y avait plus de couvercles pour les breuvages, on m'a chargé pour une sauce additionnelle et elle n'a pas été mise dans le sac. Great ! We've wanted an up-to-date KFC for a long time! Please give them time to adjust for delivery and all. I went and it was very good and the employees were super friendly.
Everything was great, and we didn't have to wait long. However, the chicken was a bit too salty; otherwise, it was truly delicious!
