"I recently discovered a restaurant in the western suburbs that serves vegan versions of seafood, chicken drumsticks, and other dishes not typically found outside of the city. Their menu includes vegan shrimp, large prawns, crab balls, drumsticks, fish cakes, fish, dry soy "duck," and various other soy-based items. I have frequented this restaurant several times and I am extremely satisfied with the variety of options available. I had been struggling to find vegetarian "fish" products and was delighted to discover them here. Although the store has a fishy smell, the vegetarian freezer is clearly labeled. They also offer canned and jarred balls of fried wheat gluten in the canned goods section. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's convenient to have a place nearby where I can purchase vegetarian specialties without having to travel all the way to the city.
