Although I was fine with my seating, the server moved my menu to a spot I didn’t like. On top of that, the water cup he brought me was cracked and caused puddles on the table. Even after seeing me wipe it up, he never replaced the cup.
The worst part came after I paid my bill with exact change. He had the nerve to ask where the tip was. I was shocked, and his attempt to brush it off by saying, “Wasn’t the food made with love?” felt incredibly inappropriate. My food wasn’t packed up, and I wasn’t ready to leave. Normally, I leave a cash tip on the table when I leave, but this time I had to explain that I hadn’t left yet and planned to leave a tip.

We’ve ordered from here 4/5 times and each time there is something disappointing. The wings are good but that’s about it. For the money you pay it’s unfortunately not worth it to eat here anymore. I got the pho ga and more than half of the chicken was undesirable rubbery dark bits. I understand these pieces are technically fine to eat but the texture is off and it’s generally unappealing to see in my soup. Also the broth really doesn’t have much flavor without doctoring it up at home.
Have been going back to this restaurant again and again. Good food! They have a large menu by the way, all sorts of Asian food? I only trusted their Vietnamese food and only tried their Vietnamese food for sure. I only ordered their No31 pho and No 2 summer rolls with shrimp, they are absolutely good! However, sometimes basil is not as fresh as I expected. The flavor of broth may vary depend on what time you visit during the day.
When it finally arrived, I was shocked by how bland the vegetarian pho and dumplings were. They tasted like soap or unseasoned water, with no spices to enhance the flavor at all. Despite this unfortunate experience, I did leave a tip for the waiter, as she was the only one there at that moment, and I felt a little guilty about that. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food at Pho 1 Brighton is outstanding and very affordable. Although their Vietnamese dishes are the highlight, it’s great that they also have a selection of Thai and Japanese cuisine. Keep in mind that the service can be a bit slow, but the staff is friendly, so it’s best to go in without expecting a speedy experience.
Recently opened in the chiswick road right oppsite to the T station. Food took so long to get prepared even there was only couple of guests in the resturant. Food taste is okay not great tho. Red curry was good, spicy wings need a little more seasoning.
Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere! At the first attempt of this place, we ordered the Pho. It was pleasantly surprised how big the bowls were. The noodles and broth were delicious!
This place has everything you could want. I regularly order the pad see ew, and it’s always delicious. The bibimbap is a fusion twist here, but it’s consistently great as well.

I only review Pho Dac biet: Not bad. But the broth is not hot. Staff are not friendly. Selling Vietnamese food but no one can speak Vietnamese?! I can't go back!
I really enjoy this restaurant and have visited it many times.
