Got to say I am deeply disappointed in this place. It’s my family’s go to place for the weekends. Went and the waiter was so rude, first time having a rude interaction. He keep making us uncomfortable by saying we were taking a bigger table for 4 people. I said we were sorry but the 5th person couldn’t make it but we could move to a smaller table, he didn’t want to do that. The food was bad, again never once had this happen before. After the food was dropped no one got back to us. And when someone did it was just to drop off the check. I mentioned not liking the food and was disregarded and I paid of it. This review is for a to-go order. We came by on a Sunday night, intending to dine in but we saw it was quite busy and didn't have much time to wait. We placed a to-go order with the cashier near the back. Our food came out within 5 minutes, I was so impressed with how fast the service was! I can tell why this place is popular, the broth tasted yummy! The meat quality and portion was also great. Along with their regular pho toppings, they also packed some of their chili oil in our bag. Their chili oil was so good, maybe the best I've tasted for pho restaurants! I will definitely return for a dine-in experience in the future!
We went for a late night cravings.. first time in this place and was not disappointed. There were a couple of groups ahead of us waiting to be seated. The dining hall was filled with people. Mostly group of families. Was only able to get a couple of photos of our orders. Our server was very nice and few minutes after we got our seats, comes our egg rolls which was so scrumptious. Few minutes later comes my kids pho's and I was surprised on how big their bowl filled noodles are. I ordered the special house combination and it was good too.. I will definitely come back on this place.
See I accidentally wrote a bad review on this business because I am not in normal form at the moment. I thought this name was a person asking me if I would recommend the Atwood. Recommend the business I completely misunderstood what I was responding to. That is how I am feeling at the moment. I can not remember letting something like this upsetting this much. Our go to Pho in National City. There is a bit of a wait but the Wait Staff is efficient and friendly. We ordered our usually Large #1 and eggs rolls as appetizers. Pho The broth is light and delicious, the vegetables are always fresh and meat/s soft and tender. Egg rolls came out of the kitchen quick and piping hot. It had the perfect crunch when you bit into it and the filling was delicious. Great food, friendly service and the place is clean. Highly recommended.

Very fast and efficient service. Some of the best food I’ve ever had the delight of trying. Huge portion sizes for good value. Must go if in SD county. Ballin. period.
