Piece of advice to run a business, get a NEW manager! I have never experienced such bad customer service. Imagine getting criticized for the way you enjoy to eat your food, that you are literally paying for. Maybe he does not realize what good customer service consist of, but giving me odd facing when placing my order and questioning how I like my food in terms of sauce quantity is not good service. It's also absolutely disgusting that this manager felt the need to provide side comments to staff making the environment very hostile. I came to this spot twice in the course of two weeks and each time the manager was absolutely unprofessional. I came back today and the manager wanted to charge me for the fish sauce that have which is COMPLIMENTARY on the table because I didn’t use the hot sauce they have as well. Then while ordering he wanted to make comments of how I liked my pho. Never coming here again

the food here is quite good and the portions are fairly large! the spring rolls especially are very scrum. plus the staff and the owner are all very amiable.

Awesome restaurant. I always come here for takeout and with my family. All the food and service here is awesome. I love the Bun Bo Hue!!

This place is the real deal. Excellent pho and apps. The portions were very large.
