Please, do yourself a huge favor, go eat there. I was greeted immediately, and I knew what I wanted so I told the waiter an order of summer rolls, and eye round pho with tendon. The rolls were so fresh,, soft and moist. Dipped in the peanut sauce was divine. The soup was so hot and flavorful. The tendon was thinly sliced and plentiful. The flavor and textures just put me in a great mood and my hunger was satisfied. I brought leftovers home and drank the rest of my broth that
Came here on Sunday around noon, wasn't packed but there were surprisingly a decent amount of people there.Ordered egg rolls, beef pho, pork combo Banh Mis. Egg rolls are solid but the value isn't there. The pho broth was surprisngly sweet, but not the biggest fan of that. With that said, the Banh Mi was fantastic! The bread was the best I've had for Banh Mi and for the price it was awesome value.Will be back again, but prolly only for the Banh Mi!
Disappointing dinner. I ordered delivery. The Pho Seafood did not have much seafood, and it had a questionable smell and texture. Even the veggies were scarce. The vegetarian broth was flavorful (for vegetable broth). I do not recommend. Vegetarian options: Got the pho seafood and it did not have a lot of fillings. The shrimp did not smell great. Disappointing dinner.
I wish I could give negative stars. Almost $30 for two bowls of absolutely horrible tasting pho filled with MSG taste and I actually had a light headache from it. The poor servers gave me an angry vibe somehow. I know it's tough times but seriously? Hands down worst Pho I had in all over Nova and mind you I have been to more than 20 different ones... Stop! Do not order from this location. The Pho Bistro used to be a great place to eat. Quality and portion have diminish to an unacceptable rate for the money that they are charging. Centreville has multiple great pho restaurants. Stay away from this one. Consider yourself warned.
The shrimp rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. I thought the spring rolls were very good. My husband beef Pho was very good. My chicken Pho was just okay not enough chicken. The place was extremely lean and the service was excellent.
I've been coming to this place for years. The broth is clear and clean, and the noodles are soft. The portion of meat is just right. It's one of the best-tasting pho I've had. I gave it 4 stars because they only offer one size. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Good Pho and great place. I love they have reusable chiffels! But unfortunately they only offer it in great size, and it is too much for me. Because Pho doesn't keep good, it's a waste.
