One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in central NJ. Great service, delicious food and very clean and well maintained restaurant. But the food will simply wow you. They are not stingy on meat unlike other places. The portions are very generous. The Bahh mi sandwich was to die for. The go-to Vietnamese place in the Edison neighborhood.. Pho is their specialty. Their Bahn-mi is great too... Have been going there for almost 5 yrs and have loved it everytime. I had the best pho of my life in Hawaii, and I haven't found anything as good in New Jersey. The meat-to-noodle ratio, as well as the quantity and quality, were outstanding. This is definitely one of the top pho spots I've ever visited. It would be great if they could add just a little extra basil!
