There is ample parking available, as always. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a warm, welcoming vibe that felt like dining at a friend’s home, complete with genuine smiles and a great attitude. The exterior of this restaurant does not resemble a typical Piccadilly establishment, with few windows, but once inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. Parking is plentiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel as if you are attending a party in someone's home with their warm smiles and excellent service. However, some staff members could benefit from more training on how to better serve customers. The food presentation was clean and all dishes appeared fresh. The only reason I am giving the food 4 stars is because my Chopped Beef lacked spices and flavor, and my dessert did not taste fresh. Despite that, all the vegetables were fresh and tasty.
The food was delicious for the most part the broccoli was tender, the macaroni and cheese with cheesy, mashed potatoes and gravy was okay. My only complaint would be when I ask for cheese on my broccoli the cheese was see through like water. And their dinner rolls are the bomb they are so fluffy and buttery.
Restaurant was clean. Male cook was on the line and did not greet. The line servers did not greet. The cashier just handed me my receipt. Make matters worse it was 11:08 and my food was cold and the restaurant just opened.

The manager, Mr. Marley, is fantastic! I placed an order at Wilson for pickup on Saturday, not realizing they were closed that day. I didn't know they were closed on Saturdays because it was listed on the schedule.
The food at Piccadilly was truly delicious, and the service exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed fried steak, green beans, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, and smoked sausage, all accompanied by sweet tea.
mr. marley manager is great! I'll put the pick-up on Saturday at wilson, but they'll close on Saturday. I was not aware that they were close on Saturday because Saturday was a day when they were scheduled.
Although they were short-staffed like many others, the food at Piccadilly was tasty and promptly refilled. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable.

Although the staff members wore short sleeves like at many places, the food was excellent and generously portioned. The employees were cheerful and very accommodating.
