The food was actually very good but not worth the price they charge for it. The service was just OK but not great. The atmosphere was not so great. The music was very loud. They only play Puerto Rican music. I would recommend some typical Peruvian music at a lower volume.What I disliked the most was that at the time of the check, they included a 20% service fee which they claim is for parties of 4 or more. Usually it is 15% for a party of 8 or more in most restaurants. To be truthful they removed the 20% fee when I asked about it. They also have a 3% surcharge for credit cards which in my case they did not charge.I would not recommend this restaurant because of the following reasons:1) while...
my husband and I were here last night for the first time. It's a small place but quite nice. The food was delicious! And plenty of it. I had the skirt steak and my husband had the Paella. The Sangria was great. The best thing that happened was at the end of our meal a homeless man came and sat down. the staff spoke to him to say he couldn't stay. But before he left they brought him an overflowing to go box filled with food. It was the nicest thing I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend this Place.
Small place busy consistently full. Cold draft when the weather was freezing outside but that’s because it’s a smaller place. Does have a large bar though. Food was really good and authentic. Very large portions and fresh ingredients in the drinks. Price driven up a bit for this reason. The service was great and they recommended things based on our taste. Will return
Food was not good. The meat was dry and the chaufa smelt wierd. The service was way worse, they were not attentive. If they're going to charge 20% tip on a party of 3 then they should've given a service that is worth a 20% tip. Not even going to give this place a second chance. They recommended it to me and I ordered grilled chicken with fries and salad, the chicken was dry and seemed from the day before, its taste was pleasant and the potatoes were fried in old oil, what a disappointment.I ordered Pollo a la Brasa to go, it was stale, the fries tasted liked overused oil. A total disappointment. Not coming back.
The Ramon that I give 2 Stars is several razors.1.I didn't have bottled water.2.The price on the menu is very different when you pay. Some prices are a dollar more up to 2 dollars.Well the food is Rich.The service was fine.So please be careful with the Payment.
