If I didn't love the food so much I would never go back. The service is so slow. It needs a good multitasking female behind that counter. They must loose thousands turning folks away because they are so painfully slow. Table next to me had to ask for gravy and then ask for sugar for their drink. The guy serving he gets annoyed being asked for anything. This aside the whole mothership is awesome its just so frustrating watching the unorganised bloke prepare one plate at a time.
As my wife is a vegetarian with celiac disease, our dining options are often restricted. Despite this, we found a few choices at this restaurant. Although we couldn't dine in, we were able to order takeout. The food was outstanding, and we even spotted the guitarist from the band we were going to see enjoying a meal there.
Popped in for lunch this week with my son who lives in Manchester , wasn’t terribly impressed to be honest , the pie s were ok but mash and gravy was lukewarm and not much to write home about , quite small portion , and quite expensive , 2 pies , mash , gravy , 1 beer and a coke came to £30 , wouldn’t eat here again
Beautiful location with delicious pies. The staff are meticulous about keeping gluten-free items separate from others, and they offer gluten-free sides and gravy. While I can't guarantee there is no cross contamination, their precautions seem to be effective. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place caught my eye from over the road and I had to go. The food was amazing! Staff were fantastic. It was clean and we just got a lovely vibe. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
It was amazing , the pies were delicious. The crispyness and flavour was spot on. I would definitely recommend it, the owners were also super kind so bedankt!!
A nice change, great selection of pies all to be had with mash and pees, I had the Kate and Sidney pie and it was full of meat with a nice crusty base.
