I have been a regular patron of this restaurant for quite some time, visiting at least twice a week. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible, my food was served cold, and when I raised the issue with the manager, he handled it very unprofessionally. Instead of providing me with a new meal as he promised, he simply placed my original dish back on the grill after briefly touching it. When I declined the reheated food, he became defensive and refused to issue a refund. This is one of my favorite places in the South bay. It has hands down one of the best pastrami sandwiches you've ever had besides from The Hat,I promise you. Their breakfast is great their lunch is great and their dinner is great I have yet to be disappointed by any of their meals on the menu! You should definitely try an Orange Bang with your combo ? DELICIOUS ?
During our first visit, the service was good, although they forgot to provide us with cutlery, and we had to request it. Despite this small inconvenience, our server was very friendly. I would definitely return with my family. As for parking, there is plenty available.

I do not recommend this place; the food quality is poor. From the nachos to the hamburgers, everything was disappointing. On top of that, they charge you $0.85 for ketchup, ranch, and similar condiments.
It seems like there may be new owners, my daughter and I went and nearly spent close to $50 which I still couldn't wrap my finger on how? Food is ok, nothing special.
I've been coming to this restaurant for the past 2 yrs and I tell you that they have a good variety of delicious food.
It's good.But it's just not what it used to be : Vegetarian options: Easy to find vegetarian foods or ask for no meat.
