Had a delightful meal on the secluded patio of the Pilot House. From 2-5 pm, Monday to Friday they have an Oyster "Happy Hour. I had a sampling of Island Oysters from 3 different locations. Each Oyster had its own unique taste and they were incredibly fresh. I paired the Oysters with a Sauvignon Blanc and also tried a Greek Salad which was excellent-/fresh ingredients with great flavours. This is a nice place for a late afternoon meal that is far from the tourist crowds at the Waterfront and Victoria Row.
We decided to try the Pilot House on the last night we were in Charlottetown. Wish we had gone earlier. We ate out on the patio. Both the server and the food were excellent. We had a delicious seafood salad at a reasonable price. We would definitely go back again. Delicious bread and dipping sauce to start with. We were not that hungry, so decided to eat lightly this evening. Couldn't have been better.
I love this place for lunch and dinner and especially now that they offer a happy hour from 2-5 with half price oysters. The menu is diverse enough to please any palette and the daily specials are always creative and satisfying.A great place for a romantic dinner for 2 or meeting a group of friends out on the patio. I love this place and would recommend it to all, you won't be sorry.
Something for everyone,. Fish and chips seemed to be a hit at the table. Two had the feature which was lamb burger, they like that as well, I had a beef dip and it was like a grilled cheese, it was good but not what i imagined when I ordered it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Came here for a quick glass of wine and Oysters with some family and found a new favourite spot! Beautiful interior chock full of staff who 'get it'! A spacious patio or a cool interior are offered with a menu worth exploring.
We were visiting Charlottetown from the US and were told to try The Pilot House. We liked it so much that we ended up eating 2 meals here! Our food was outstanding and the servers were exceptional! What a gem of a place!
Or anytime excellent food and wines/beers ..be sure to reserve! Helpful servers. There's a pub, dining room or separate Bistro and/or a patio. For the pub get there earlier than later as it's first come, first serve.
