5/10/24 I am surprised I haven't reviewed this place; I might have overlooked it in... 5 years? Well, consider this review as five years of experience. This is one of those national gas stations, truck stop restaurant 24 hour chains that profit on late night trips across the state on I 40. The staff are kind and well occupied, they added self checkouts to help them during rush hours, but I'm sure their customers aren't so honest. There's a large array of soft drinks, hot cold food supplies from anything between last minute birthday gifts to heavy rainfall. Biggest pro: Men's restrooms are always clean and stocked. Would give 5 stars however there is a guy working second shift here Nick, who is by far the rudest person. I came in and didnt have my ID and he proceeds to say no ID no cigarettes, and cuts me off with why don 't you just go back to the streets, cause I can only wish I could work here. I 've been customer at this store for 30+ years not to mention I worked here for 7.5 years and pilot has never accepted this type of attitude from employees
Well I feel very disconcerted in all my years of truck driving I never thought it could happen that I went to the bathroom and came back. They emptied my fuel tanks. Something unusual as I said but it is real, I arrive here with more than 40% of the fuel and after going to bed the alarm starts that there is no fuel left. Check and the tanks really feel empty.
Was standing at the counter to get a breakfast sandwich and the dark short hair lady just walked away from me to go gossip with what appeared to be her friends. I don't leave bad reviews often but it was pretty rude. Three stars instead of one because the lady I found that actually helped me was friendly and was actually doing her job. Nobody here wants to work. This is the worst pilot truck stop I’ve been to. The overnight early morning cashiers are very disrespectful and lazy. I do not work for Pilot so I will NOT be checking myself out. If that’s the case why y’all have cashiers
Lots of room to park very clean store and restrooms and showers are very clean as well
