Pingala Cafe - Tisch reservieren

You can’t beat the Pingala Cafe for pure vibe. From the view of the Winooski river falls with its juxtaposed gentrified factories and bubble lettered graffiti (the best seat in the house is the one in front of this view and behind the triangular table you must squeeze past to reach), to the interior pics of guitar legends Prince and Hendrix and colorfully eclectic walls (a reflection of the colorfully eclectic menu). For my Sunday morning starter I default to the Dirty Chai smoothie with its invigorating shot of cinnamon. And though I’ve tried multiple menu items over several visits, all delicious, at this point I’d have to say my favorite meal is the Buddha Boi—a savory melange of warm roas...

everything is vegan and everything is delicious. I have the avocado and carrot bacon vanillaburger as well as a peanut butter cookie. both were great, though a little pricy. the sitting area in the free is very pleasant

I was happy to find an all vegan restaurant with creative options. The banh mi dawg was good (although I was not expecting the carrot flavor), as well as the spring rolls. The portions were pretty small for the price.

Pingala is the best for vegans and anyone looking for a delicious and filling meal. Everything on the menu is fantastic, and they have really exciting specials.

This place was killer! Had the crunch wrap, “hotdog” and the tater tots. So good. Fun atmosphere. Go!
