My friends and I came to Pinstripes on a Saturday afternoon for a girls' day out. We tried to make a reservation earlier in the day, but ended up just walking in since we didn't hear back. To our surprise, the entire place was fully booked! I wish we had been notified earlier. I've passed by Pinstripes at the mall before, but I never knew it had bocce ball and bowling inside. We have visited this restaurant a few times and have always had good food and service. However, we noticed that the servers seem friendly but appear to be stressed. During our most recent visit, we were disappointed when the manager came to our table, picked up an empty plate without saying a word, and hurried off. This lack of communication and abrupt behavior was rude and not up to our standards of proper service etiquette, especially from a manager. It seems that the staff are not happy working there, which greatly affected our dining experience and left us feeling dissatisfied.
Yesterday was our first time at Pinstripes, celebrating my father's 83rd birthday and Father's Day. It was a special occasion as it was my father's first birthday without my mother. The variety of food options impressed us, and our server even brought out a delicious brownie and ice cream dessert with a birthday candle for my father. Watching him make a wish and blow out the candle was a sweet moment. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to Pinstripes soon and highly recommend it to others.
I placed an order at 8pm and unfortunately experienced technical difficulties which caused me to lose $50. I was not immediately issued a refund, but received one after 3 days (or possibly 5-7 days). This process seemed strange to me, but the customer support team was able to help resolve the issue. I would recommend being cautious when ordering from this restaurant.

Consistently great experience at this restaurant. We always enjoy starting off with the Tenderloin Sliders and Tomato Bruschetta. The desserts are also amazing - my husband particularly loves the Caramelized Cheesecake. The manager at PINSTRIPES is always there to assist us with any issues and the service is always fast.
The Spaghetti Meatballs and Purely Pistachio Gelato were delicious as usual... we order regularly ... but the crispy strips on my Signature Chop Salad were stale and there weren apos;t nearly as many olives and figs as there usually are. This is my favorite salad and it was disappointing.
Outstanding food and service. Great atmosphere for dinner with your family, date night or corporate events. You will not be disappointed.
The salmon was cooked too much, but the Signature Chop Salad was as delicious as always and the Spaghetti Meatballs were tasty.
