Purchased 4 pitas, 3 with grilled veggies and 1 without. After getting home, we discovered all 4 had roasted veggies and unfortunately, the person is allergic to onions so I drove back to have it corrected. I was advised that I ordered it that way, I was then told I could see what they were putting on my pitas. When I advised staff that I did not order roasted veggies on that pita and that I wasn’t able to see what was being put on the pitas, the reply to me was ‘ma’am, next time order correctly’. With that, I told them to keep the pita and drove to another location to purchase another pita. I like to support my local neighbourhood merchants but I will not return to that Pita Pit location ag...
It is very rare to see this level of service and quality at a chain restaurant. I have been ordering from this location for a number of years and the order accuracy and quality has always been spot on. But today when I picked up my order they screwed up on the topings. I called them after I brought it home. Not only was the gentleman kind and apologetic. He hand delivered a new fresh pita within 8 minutes free of charge to my home. He even included free cookies. I am very greatful to this gentleman and the service and quality this pita pit location provides. Very rare in this day and age. Thank you.
My husband and I use to live near this location, and still will drive two exits down the road to come here (despite now living across the street from a Pita Pit . You can tell the owner here really takes pride in this restaurant. Facility is clean, staff are friendly, and this is one of very few Pita Pit locations that does an excellent job wrapping the gluten free pita (which I know is not easy to work with! . Hands down the best Pita Pit location we've ever been to.
I haven't had a pita from this restaurant in a while due to past disappointments, and unfortunately, my recent experience was no different. Despite the great service, the food was not up to par. I ordered a spicy Greek pita but all I could taste was hot sauce, which overwhelmed the other flavors. My husband had a similar experience with his pita. I don't mind a bit of heat, but this was just too much. Very disappointed and won't be returning.
I walked into the restaurant and paid for my pita. Their system did not register the payment, though it had already been deducted from my account. They refused to continue making my pita and when I asked to speak to the manager, he suggested I call the police to resolve the issue. The police were called over a pita, which they found amusing. The manager's behavior was absolutely embarrassing. I will never return to this restaurant.
The service at this restaurant is friendly, but wearing gloves is ineffective when they are used for every task. Whether it's handling money, opening drawers, preparing food, or touching utensils in between, using the same gloves is concerning. Better training is needed on proper glove use. Despite trying to communicate my concerns, I felt misunderstood. I would prefer to see staff using freshly washed bare hands instead.
I never get a Pita when I eat out. Tried this instead of a sub and holy mackinaw it was good! I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly an helpful in explaining the menu since it was my first time ordering there. Order was prepared very quickly AND PROPERLY even though it was a rush and they had a line-up. I own restaurants myself and I must say I was VERY impressed! Hats off to the team working today!
Super impressed with the phenomenal service. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and organized. The Falafel wrap was delicious and all the ingredients were fresh! I will be back for more!
