They denied my service dog because she didn’t have her gear on in 90 degree weather then asked for medical paper work which is HIPPA she was doing nothing wrong and was performing her tasks to keep me safe perfectly. And the manager that I spoke to said she also had a service dog for the exact same reason as me yet dosnt know the ADA laws for said service dog. I strongly believe this is due to training and would love to see the employees and or managers trained properly instead of denying me from eating there for haveing a medical service dog at my side.
had such a horrible experience. the staff were literally standing around and ignoring me and my husband, staff acknowledged we were there but ignored us until my husband said something to them about how it was rude. our food was cold and barely had anything in the bowl. definitely hope nobody has the experience we did here, highly recommend getting some new staff who don’t vape constantly over the food and not wash their hands after!
I am beyond pleased with this establishment. I’m a very “off” day today my entire week has been made. I have been feeling sick all morning. Stopped to try and get something in my stomach and realized I forgot my wallet at checkout. The younger female worker working today looks at me with a smile and says “I got you”. GOD BLESS YOU. THANK YOU SO MUCH. This is what we need in the world today.
One of my favorito places to get take it, it's always good. I was a little discouraged when I got a free delivery coupon and then realize I wasn't in range for delivery, I wished there was one closed to my area in waterford but it's a great place for take out, I highly recommend it. I went in looking for shrimp, but the falafel was better than I expected. It gave me a Subway feel, but with hummus Tika sauce. Vegetarian options: Only 1 vegetarian option, but it was very good Parking: Parking lot is shared with several other stores
Best Mediterranean restaurant around hands down!! Great customer service and is now my daily lunch spot!! Employee Tyler, is a big help with providing advice for a daily diet! Recommend everyone that’s near to this fantastic spot!!
Went in to pick up my order that I placed 30 minutes ago. And no one would help me grab it. I waited for everyone to order their food and then I received my online order. Very unhelpful rude.
Their fattoush salad is a joke. Basically just shredded lettuce iceberg lettuce, which is not in a fattoush and hardly any toppings that I paid extra for. I’ll be going to LaMarsa next time Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Just visited the new fort Gratiot location, it's really good. Staff are super friendly and the only is super kind. Will be back soon. Jared and the other staff were phenomenal.
