Love this place! I go there sometimes mutiple times a week and every single time im always greeted when i walk in with all smiles, i get great conversations while they prepare my meal. The food is always perfect just how i like it no matter if it’s a bowl or a salad. Not once have i missed out on hummus or garlic, almonds or rasins because they ALWAYS ask me mean while I’ve been to plenty that forget which im not used to so i forget as well. Nicole, one of the people i always see working there is awesome and makes sure my experience is always a great one and she always makes her co-workers follow company code. Very professional. Guy was cutting white meat chicken for me, he saw it was still raw (didn't look raw to my eyes), he tested the chickens temperature, confirmed it was raw, and started cooking it again. He then told his co workers to not use the cutting board for the meats (it was contaminated), then switched it out. They were very nice, and we came in late, 10 min before close. Normally the workers at other chains are short and sometimes rude when customers come in before close. They were not, they were respectful and polite.
Very nice and attentive staff! I asked what a falafel was and mentioned I'd never tried it before and they immediately offered to fry one up real quick for me to try! (On the house! This location is by far the best out of the numerous locations I've been to. Nicole is wonderful. She is always calm and collected even when it's busy, and is so friendly and kind to me and my children. The food is great even my 1 year old agrees!
