I rarely order from this restaurant, but each time I do, I encounter poor service. On my most recent order, I had $20 in cash, so I kept my order under that amount since most of my funds are on my card. The delivery drivers always seem displeased if you don’t tip; I find it amusing. I paid for my food in full, and I believe no one should feel obligated to work in a job that depends on tips. After receiving my order, I could hear someone yelling or talking in the hallway—could have been in any language—but it doesn’t matter. I’ve decided this will definitely be my last order from this place.
The food is not the best every time I order and the delivery drivers are rude, disrespectful and conniving...the try to take your money without giving you the chance to tip them..for $20 my sub was so little with little to nothing meat wasn't anything over stuffed about the sub...this is my last time ordering from them this is the 4th time the food has been messed up I have given chance after chance and there is no difference.... disappointed
Ok 1st there is a difference in Well Done and OVERCOOKED and to be told by the store that their well done pizza is cooked to black a double cook They make is supposed to be burned , blackWings like they fried in old grease. Hard inedible as well this was a waste of moneyEverything is overcooked Not well done . Get it rightThanks but no thanks ??
The service at this restaurant is quite poor. There's a man who handles the phone orders very rudely; he yells at you when you don't understand your order. It's frustrating and needs to be addressed. They really should take action to improve this situation.

Fake meat,the food is nasty,like the doctors diet plain on my 600 lbs life,the food taste like it was heated up in the microwave.
The delivery is always faster than the estimated time and the order is always correct. The breadsticks with cheese are the best!
